the company is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Customer Lake product line. You will guide strategic customers from architectural design to data engineering and activation, building confidence with CMOs and marketing technology leaders.

You will deliver demos, POCs, and workshops that illustrate the value of an embedded CDP, collaborating with GTM teams and partners to drive adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDP/MarTech or data engineering roles with client-facing work
• Experience designing and delivering customer data and activation solutions
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data governance

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership guiding customer implementations from architecture to deployment
• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to drive adoption strategies across territories
• Build relationships with CMOs, marketing tech leads, and data engineers to drive product adoption
• Deliver workshops, POCs, and collateral to demonstrate value of the embedded CDP
• Influence product roadmap with field-derived insights
• Serve as tier-3 escalation for complex technical challenges
• Define and refine the POC intake process to maximize customer success
