Cacheflow is on a mission to empower customers through data solutions. We are seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect who will play a key role in enhancing customer success and driving the adoption of the Databricks platform.

This hybrid position requires both technical expertise and commercial acumen, with responsibilities including strategy development, customer engagement, and project leadership across multiple Databricks products.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of technical project delivery and experience in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficient in programming with Databricks and data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical account strategies for complex customer use cases.
• Develop execution plans for customer onboarding and adoption.
• Provide updates on usage and customer health to stakeholders.
