Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) to guide strategic customers in adopting and implementing the agentic CDP, Customer Lake. You will lead architecture, data engineering, identity resolution, audience activation, and deployment across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with GTM and account teams to drive adoption, engage CMOs and marketing tech leaders, and deliver demos, workshops, and POCs that demonstrate value and scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CDP/MarTech or data engineering with client-facing focus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to drive adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor to CMOs and marketing leaders to drive product adoption.
• Enable clients at scale via workshops, POCs, and customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap with data-driven insights for Product and Engineering.
• Resolve complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point for field.
• Define and refine the POC intake process to maximize customer success.
