Databricks is seeking a Product Specialist - Gen AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect) who is a deep technical expert in Gen AI and ML.

You will bridge product management, field engineering, and sales to help customers deploy data and AI workloads using the Lakehouse platform. You will deliver guidance on best practices for building and deploying agentic AI systems, influence product direction in EMEA, and work with key accounts on challenging Gen AI use-cases including reinforcement learning

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and Deep Learning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern Deep Learning: Transformer architectures, PyTorch, and distributed/multi-GPU training.
• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing engagements is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and guide architecture decisions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver thought leadership in Gen AI best practices for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and FE leaders to drive Gen AI adoption across EMEA.
• Provide a data-driven perspective to influence product strategy and priorities for Gen AI deployments.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior tech leads and executives on enterprise Gen AI use cases.
