Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) to guide customers through data and marketing implementations, from design to activation. You will work with marketing and data stakeholders, delivering demos, POCs, and architectural guidance across clouds and platforms.

Join a global GTM team to drive adoption, build trusted advisor relationships with CMOs and tech leads, and help land and expand the Customer Lake CDP inside client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDP/MarTech or data engineering experience.
• Experience designing data and AI applications for marketing and engagement.
• Familiar with composable-CDP platforms and identity resolution.
• Strong cloud data ingestion, activation, and governance experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful implementations on customer data and marketing projects.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies.
• As a trusted advisor, build technical credibility with CMOs and data leaders to drive product adoption.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops, POC execution, and customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived insights into strategic recommendations.
• Handle complex challenges as tier-3 escalation point for high-stakes environments.
• Establish and refine the sales qualification and POC intake process.
