Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for Customer Lake to guide customers through architecture, data engineering and activation of CDP and MarTech solutions. You will engage with CMOs and engineering leaders, deliver POCs and demos, and influence product direction to maximize customer value.

You will collaborate across GTM teams, design adoption strategies, and lead workshops and customer-facing collateral to scale enterprise deployments of the agentic CDP within the Lakehouse platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with CDP/MarTech or data engineering for customer data initiatives.
• Experience designing and delivering client-facing data and activation solutions (pre-sales/consulting).
• Hands-on with cloud-native data ingestion, activation and governance.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to design high-impact engagement strategies.
• Build relationships with CMOs, heads of MarTech, and data leaders to drive adoption and value.
