Job summary

IDnow is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist to support growth in Rennes or Paris. You will own the solution narrative across the sales cycle, collaborating with Account Executives to quantify value for high-value, complex deals in digital identity solutions. Fluency in French and English is required.

You will qualify opportunities, tailor value stories to regulatory needs (KYC/AML, eIDAS 2.0), and partner with cross-functional teams to close deals faster and bigger.

Qualifications

• Successful first experience in a B2B SaaS/tech sales role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Fluent in French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in identity verification, e-signature, and digital identity markets.
• Support and advise clients throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating value of solutions.
• Develop vertical expertise across priority segments (banking, fintech, mobility, healthcare, Telco, marketplaces).
• Stay current on regulatory drivers (KYC/AML, eIDAS 2.0, AMLR) and translate into value narratives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present SaaS solutions during client meetings, demos, and events.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and opportunities using our CRM.
• Contribute to achieving sales team growth objectives.
