Job summary

IDnow is seeking a hands-on Solutions Engineer based in Rennes, France. You will be the client’s trusted advisor through pre-sales and integration, designing robust architectures and ensuring smooth production go-lives.

The role combines deep technical work with a commercial mindset and close collaboration with Sales. You will own the client journey, lead POCs, guide API and mobile SDK integrations, and work across multiple projects to deliver measurable outcomes in fraud prevention and digital

Qualifications

Engineering or technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS onboarding.
Experience designing integration flows and architectures.
Hands-on API and SDK integration with client engineers.
Ability to translate technical details into business context.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end solution architectures.
Support sales with proposals, RFPs, and RFIs with defensible architecture choices.
Run proofs of concept, configure API integrations, and manage sandbox environments.
Guide client developers through API and mobile SDK integration and testing.
Own the client journey from sign-off to go-live and hypercare handoff.
