Air Liquide in Paris offers an internship in Social Sustainability focused on Employee Care and the global deployment of mental health and disability programs. You will help prepare the 2027 roadmap and harmonize resources for wide usage.

Within the Group Human Resources Department, you will inventory materials, populate a central platform, and craft communication kits for HR teams and managers to drive adoption and engagement. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

  • HR Master’s degree; final-year students welcome.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong writing, oral and visual communication skills.
  • Autonomy and proactive work style with rigor and synthesis.

Responsabilités

  • Support the deployment of mental health and disability programs.
  • Prepare and implement the 2027 roadmap.
  • Develop a global resource inventory and maintain a central platform.
  • Create communication kits for HR teams and managers.
  • Benchmark external practices and monitor KPIs.
  • Roll out the action plan to local sponsors and drive adoption.
  • Develop a communication kit for HR teams and managers about available resources.
  • Conduct external benchmarking on peer practices in inclusion topics (accessibility, support).
  • Oversee the operational rollout of mental health solutions with dashboards and KPIs.
