Airwallex in France is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead and grow a team of four Account Managers dedicated to retaining, supporting and expanding Airwallex’s French customer base. This is a hands-on player-coach role.

You will own the team’s post-sales operating model across Onboard, Adopt, Prove Value and Expand, while partnering with Sales, Onboarding, Support and Product to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of four Account Managers for Airwallex’s French customers.
• Own the post-sale operating model across Onboard, Adopt, Prove Value and Expand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support, KYC, Risk, Product and Operations to improve outcomes in France.
