Unispace in Paris seeks a Site Manager to deliver high-quality construction projects from start to finish. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and align stakeholders to ensure on-time, safe, and premium results.

The role requires strong knowledge of health and safety standards, the ability to read drawings, manage schedules, and communicate effectively across teams. Based in Paris, you will shape project delivery with Unispace's values.

Responsabilités

• Gain a thorough understanding of subcontractor contracts, project scope, drawings, and specifications.
• Execute delivery strategies to ensure project success and manage relationships with on-site stakeholders (clients, landlords, tenants, agents).
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes and maintain clear on-site communication.
• Collaborate across regions and studios to implement Unispace’s 80/20 methodology while upholding culture and values.
• Ensure strict health and safety adherence on-site and maintain site cleanliness.
• Oversee program management to keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Complete punch lists, ensure quality control/assurance, maintain on-site documentation and document control.
• Implement site risk management and escalate risks to Senior PM when needed.
• Manage close-out, handover, and support for CSR program.

As Site Manager you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects from start to finish. As a vital member of our team, you will manage on-site operations, ensuring that subcontractors, stakeholders, and the Unispace team are aligned and that projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard. Your leadership as Site Manager will help bring our innovative designs to life while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. By championing Unispace’s values and methodologies, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional spaces that exceed client expectations.

What you’re responsible for

• Gain a thorough understanding of subcontractor contracts, project scope, drawings, and specifications.
• Execute delivery strategies to ensure project success and manage relationships and communication with on-site stakeholders, including clients, landlords, tenants, and agents.
• Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes and provide clear communication with the Unispace team regarding on-site activities and progress.
• Collaborate across disciplines, regions, and studios to effectively implement Unispace’s 80/20 methodology alongside upholding our culture, values, and behaviors in all aspects of project management.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site, maintain site cleanliness and manage setup and establishment of job sites.
• Oversee program management, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet all deadlines.
• Complete punch lists, ensure quality control, quality assurance at every stage, maintain accurate on-site documentation and oversee document control processes.
• Implement site risk management plans and elevate risks or issues to the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager when necessary, following ethical practices.
• Manage the project close-out process, ensuring smooth completion, handover and support and contribute to the implementation of our Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Your experience and skills

• Relevant experience in construction project management, with commercial fit-out experience.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards, with relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes and the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact across teams, stakeholders, able to influence others and develop effective teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.
• Proficiency in project management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully and managing subcontractors.
• Based in Paris with experience of the local market
