  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, schedules, profitability targets, and risk‑management plans.
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, suppliers, Facility Management teams, and client representatives.
  • Oversee workspace relocations, furniture procurement, delivery planning and installation logistics.
  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of all trade contractors (electric, HVAC, etc.), ensuring effective integration and sequencing of works.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules, including a rolling three‑week look‑ahead programme.
  • Organise and chair regular construction progress meetings, coordinating actions and tracking deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation and reporting, including meeting minutes, flash reports, HSE reports and progress updates.

  • Manage project close‑out activities, including inspections, snagging, defect resolution, testing, commissioning follow‑up and final handover.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve project risks, issues and potential conflicts before they impact objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.
