Unispace is seeking a Site Manager to deliver high-quality construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee on-site operations, align subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensure on-time, safe delivery to the highest standard.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, drawings, sequencing, and QA/QC, while upholding Unispace’s values and CSR commitments. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction project management, with commercial fit-out experience.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards, with relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes and the ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges proactively.
• Proficiency in project management software systems and MS Office.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and managing subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Gain thorough understanding of subcontractor contracts, project scope, drawings, and specifications.
• Execute delivery strategies and manage relationships with on-site stakeholders, including clients and agents.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and communicate progress to the Unispace team.
• Collaborate across regions to implement Unispace’s 80/20 methodology and uphold culture and values.
• Ensure health and safety standards on-site and maintain site cleanliness and setup.
• Oversee program management to keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Complete punch lists, ensure QA/QC, maintain on-site documentation and document control.
• Implement site risk management and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
• Manage project close-out, handover, and support CSR initiatives.
