Loaves & Fishes in Twin Cities, MN seeks a dedicated Site Coordinator to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage volunteers, and ensure safe, welcoming meals for neighbors in need. You will lead volunteers, coordinate open-to-close service, maintain food safety, and collaborate with the Operations Leadership Team to improve guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervision in food service or social services.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; excellent time management.
• Ability to travel between service site, central office, and commissary kitchen as needed.

Responsabilités

• Positively represent Loaves & Fishes and promote its mission.
• Lead and train volunteers; coordinate shifts and responsibilities.
• Oversee site procedures, food safety, and inventory; ensure clean, organized spaces.
• Open and close meals, report needs to Central Office Operations Team and support cross-site coordination.
