Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks an Assistant System Manager (ASM) to oversee IT operations aboard ships in alignment with business goals. You will participate in, implement, and maintain IT systems on board, reporting to the System Manager for priorities and objectives.

The role includes providing level 1 support, managing embarkation processes, asset maintenance, and liaison with vendors. An international environment and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science or 3 years equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco network hardware and standards.
• Fidelio Cruise familiarity and Micros Fidelio POS experience are highly regarded.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 IT support for guests and crew on board.
• Maintain and troubleshoot shipboard IT systems and applications.
• Coordinate deployment of Embarkation Units and related hardware.
• Report to System Manager and communicate status of IT operations on board.
