Royal Caribbean Group, a leading cruise line, seeks a Senior Expert HVAC to lead development and qualification of shipboard HVAC systems and energy concepts. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across suppliers, shipyards and internal groups to integrate cutting-edge HVAC technology on newbuilds and retrofits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in newbuilding marine engineering technologies.
• Knowledge of SOLAS, IMO and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent written & spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills to manage suppliers, partners and remote teams.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support NB project teams in technological systems and disciplines.
• Oversee development and qualification of HVAC systems and energy concepts on ships.
• Coordinate project phases: feasibility, verification, approval and field follow-up.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers, integrators/shipyards and internal teams.
• Assist in risk assessments and technical reports for new technologies.
