Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in France (Normandie) seeks a Crew Operations Supervisor to oversee guest and crew welfare, and to manage port clearance communications for crew arrivals and departures.

You will coordinate with the Crew Purser and Crew Administrator, handle visa and passport procedures, and assist in updating Fidelio and related systems while ensuring compliance and high service standards aboard the ship.

Qualifications

• Experience in crew operations or hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in an international setting and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• All communications with port agents for port clearance requirements and pre arrival notifications for crew.
• Prepare Crew Landing forms and sign off/on procedures.
• Assist in updating Fidelio, MXP and MAPS as turnover occurs.
• Maintain passports, seaman’s books, and visa paperwork where required.
