CROWN Bevcan France SAS is seeking a highly motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations on the production floor, lead a team of production operators, and ensure targets are met for output, quality, and safety.

You will coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics, train new staff on SOPs, monitor efficiency, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe work environment and high standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Fluent in French and English, able to communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise all production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring targets for output, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operators with coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow and resolve challenges.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Prepare production reports on output, scrap rates, and attendance.
• Train new employees on SOPs and safety protocols.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
