CROWN Bevcan France SAS is seeking a highly motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations on the assigned shift and lead a team of production employees. This role ensures efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include supervising production activities, coaching the team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with maintenance, QA, and logistics to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role in manufacturing or production.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Solid knowledge of production processes, quality and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all production activities during the assigned shift to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Lead and develop operators, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and company policies.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics for smooth workflow.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Prepare production reports on output, scrap, and attendance.
• Train new employees on SOPs and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Handle minor disciplinary issues; escalate more serious concerns as needed.
