Qualifications

• Must follow all SOPs.
• Maintain a constant flow of product for the area line.
• Assist with development of new packing specifications.
• Ensure product quality meets specifications; perform quality inspections as required.
• Pack the windows onto racks using proper glass handling techniques.
• Use extra safety precautions when placing into cullet bins or testing for quality measures.
• Ensure the Packing Specifications are being followed for each part being packed.
• Support Specialists during all changeovers.
• Assist in trouble shooting operation failures.
• Assist with process and product audits according to the work instructions.

Responsabilités

• 5S and housekeeping duties to maintain high standard of facility cleanliness.
• Communicate concerns, improvements and general information to others on the line.
• Assist with problem solving of manufacturing problems within the teams operations and other groups as necessary, to achieve production goals.
• Fulfill assignments/ tasks given by coordinators and team leaders.
• Train and encourage others in order to achieve team goals.
• Support safety, health, and environmental rules and lead by example.
• All other duties as assigned.
