Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Manager at the Saint Seurin site to lead production and operations excellence in a 24/7 environment. You will drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement while aligning with customer objectives and plant performance.

The role requires extensive manufacturing leadership experience, Lean/Six Sigma know-how, and strong people management in a complex packaging operation. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and supervision.
• Fluent French and English, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Degree in science, technology or engineering; advanced degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety performance at the plant and promote safety culture.
• Deliver production budgets, cost-to-produce and cost-out targets.
• Define goals and improvement projects for line managers to improve competitiveness and efficiency.
• Manage organizational processes, headcounts, shifts and responsibilities within budget.
• Lead CI projects and report KPIs to senior site leadership.
