25hours Hotel Terminus Nord is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee reception shifts, supervise front desk staff, and ensure smooth cash handling. You will personalize guest experiences and keep operations running efficiently while staying calm during peak check-ins.

Fluent in French and English with hospitality training and at least 4 years at the front desk, you bring a friendly, proactive approach and knowledge of Paris to anticipate guest needs and create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality training completed.
• 4 years of professional front desk experience.
• Fluent in French and English for international guests.
• Able to inspire colleagues and guests, Paris knowledge.

Responsabilités

Job Description

• You’ll be responsible for ensuring that reception shifts run smoothly and for managing the cash register.
• You’ll assist and supervise the receptionists and ensure that reception procedures are properly followed.

Qualifications

• You have completed hospitality training and already have 4 years of professional experience in the front desk.
• You are fluent in French and English and demonstrate this to our guests from around the world.
