Ennismore is seeking an HR Intern (m/f/d) to join the dynamic team at 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris. You will support the full recruitment process, manage HR administration, and help foster a vibrant, friendly culture.

You are studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hospitality or HR, have good English, and bring discretion, energy, and a positive attitude to the role. You will also assist with internal events and basic IT HR tasks.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or HR.
• Good command of English.
• Trustworthy, discreet and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
• Team player, organized, adaptable, proactive and always smiling.

Responsabilités

• Support full recruitment by writing engaging job advertisements, posting vacancies, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain HR administration: employee files, schedules, absences and leave; ensure records are accurate.
• Promote company culture with enthusiasm and collaborative mindset.
• Organize internal events and employee engagement initiatives, including wellbeing activities and team-building events.
• Handle IT-related HR tasks like setting up and managing user accounts.

• Support the full recruitment process by writing engaging job advertisements, posting vacancies across various platforms, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep our HR administration running smoothly by managing employee files, monitoring schedules, absences, and leave, while ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Bring positive energy to the team and help promote our company culture through your enthusiasm and collaborative mindset.
• Organize internal events and employee engagement initiatives, including well-being activities, team-building events, and celebrations that strengthen team spirit and create memorable experiences.
• Confidently handle IT-related HR tasks, including setting up and managing user accounts for team members.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
• You have a good command of English.
