25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking an HR Intern (m/f/d) to support recruitment and HR administration within a multicultural hospitality environment.

You will assist with job ads, candidate follow-up, employee records, schedules, absences, and events. You will help promote our friendly, collaborative culture and gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
• You have a good command of English.
• You are trustworthy, discreet, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
• You thrive in a team environment, are organized, adaptable, proactive, and always ready with a smile.

• Support the full recruitment process by writing engaging job advertisements, posting vacancies across platforms, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep HR administration running smoothly by managing employee files, monitoring schedules, absences, and leave, while ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Bring positive energy to the team and help promote our company culture through your enthusiasm and collaborative mindset.
• Organize internal events and employee engagement initiatives, including well-being activities, team-building events, and celebrations that strengthen team spirit.
• Confidently handle IT-related HR tasks, including setting up and managing user accounts for team members.
