25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris is looking for an HR Intern to support recruitment and HR administration while learning from a multicultural team. You will write job ads, post vacancies, manage files and schedules, help foster our company culture, organize internal events, and assist with IT-related HR tasks like user setups.

This internship offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR systems, with mentorship and exposure to a vibrant hotel environment

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
• Good command of English.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
• You thrive in a team environment and are organized, adaptable, proactive, and always ready with a smile.

• Support the full recruitment process by writing engaging job advertisements, posting vacancies across various platforms, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep our HR administration running smoothly by managing employee files, monitoring schedules, absences, and leave, while ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
