SoftwareOne is seeking a ServiceNow Presales Specialist to collaborate with the sales team and clients, translating requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM, Procurement, and Contract Management. You will identify cross-selling opportunities, define margins with in-country teams, and draft SOWs while creating a repository of solution collaterals.

You will work with Account Management to land opportunities and support the sales cycle from discovery to proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, (International) Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong presentation, communication, organisation, multitasking and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products or services.
• Design customized ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM, Procurement, Contract Management).
• Draft statements of work (SOWs) and maintain solution collaterals.
