Ubique Systems in Toulouse, France, seeks a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & CSM) to drive enterprise transformation. You will configure ITSM/CSM modules, build workflows, and create integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

The role requires hands-on experience with ITSM/CSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management, plus strong stakeholder communication and Agile delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong ITSM and CSM implementation experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration and Integration Hub.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and Agile delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM & CSM modules.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and platform automations.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Support upgrades, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and security guidelines.
