Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our consulting client for a strategic project within a major banking organisation in Paris. This freelance role will focus on overseeing the architecture and delivery of a multi-module ServiceNow implementation, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.

As the ServiceNow Architect, you will act as a technical lead and trusted advisor, ensuring the successful design and integration of the ServiceNow platform to support the bank's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architectural strategy for the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
• Work closely with stakeholders from both the consulting and banking client to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Oversee technical design, development standards, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure alignment with architectural principles
• Collaborate with process owners, project managers, and ServiceNow developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure platform scalability, security, and performance
• Support the bank's ServiceNow implementation roadmap and integration with other enterprise systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• At least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect, with responsibility for platform design and solution architecture
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules
• Strong background in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and integrations
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is advantageous
• Previous experience in consulting environments is highly desirable
• Experience working with banking or highly regulated industries is a plus
• Duration: 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension
