Danfoss is expanding its service partner ecosystem across EMEA from its Lyon-area operations in France. You will identify, enable, and develop high-performing partners to bring Danfoss service capabilities closer to customers and drive lifecycle growth with consistent, high-quality service.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Operations, distributors, OEMs, and service partners to create a scalable service model that supports customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.

• Establish commercial agreements, service expectations, and SLAs to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor partner performance, utilization, and revenue to drive profitable growth and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Service Operations, and technical teams to support partner-driven opportunities and successful execution.

The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in building and scaling Danfoss’ service partner ecosystem across EMEA. By identifying, enabling, and developing high-performing service partners, you will help bring Danfoss service capabilities closer to customers while creating new opportunities for lifecycle growth.

In this role, you will help ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service through a network of capable and certified partners. Your work will directly contribute to service revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.

Working closely with sales, operations, distributors, OEMs, and service partners, you will help create a scalable service model that supports Danfoss customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop service partners across EMEA to expand Danfoss service coverage and customer reach.
• Lead onboarding, certification, training, and capability-building activities that enable partners to deliver Danfoss service offerings successfully.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing service partners, channels, distributors, or technical service networks.
• Strong understanding of technical service delivery, aftermarket services, or lifecycle spare parts businesses.
• Experience with onboarding, certification, compliance, or service quality programs.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to develop service agreements and partner business models.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple cultures and countries.
