Danfoss is seeking a Global Data Center Solutions Specialist to accelerate growth in the Data Center market and deliver energy-efficient cooling solutions worldwide. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive customer-centric solutions and influence product roadmaps.

You will lead technical discussions, analyze application requirements, and support complex projects across OEMs, consultants, and system integrators while travelling internationally

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R, heat exchangers, thermal management, or Data Center cooling.
• Ability to support international technical sales opportunities and build relationships with OEMs and system integrators.]
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsabilités

• Drive global growth in Data Center segment by supporting engagements and regional growth plans.
• Provide technical leadership by analyzing requirements and recommending optimized heat exchanger solutions.
• Gather market intelligence and translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Develop training programs, deliver workshops, and support knowledge transfer across teams.
• Lead qualification, validation, and change management with documentation and QA support.
