Danfoss is seeking a Global Data Center Solutions Specialist to accelerate growth in the Data Center market and deliver energy-efficient cooling solutions worldwide. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive customer-centric solutions and influence product roadmaps.

You will lead technical discussions, analyze application requirements, and support complex projects across OEMs, consultants, and system integrators while travelling internationally

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R, heat exchangers, thermal management, or Data Center cooling.
• Ability to support international technical sales opportunities and build relationships with OEMs and system integrators.]
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

As our Global Data Center Solutions Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating Danfoss Heat Exchanger growth in the rapidly expanding Data Center market, helping customers deliver more energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable cooling solutions worldwide. Your impact will be seen in the successful deployment of innovative thermal management solutions that enable Data Center operators, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators to meet increasing cooling demands while improving performance, uptime, and energy efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Key Accounts, Product Management, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and customers globally, serving as the technical and commercial focal point for Data Center applications and helping shape the future of cooling technologies through innovation, market insight, and customer-driven product development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive global business growth within the Data Center segment by supporting strategic customer engagements, key accounts, market development initiatives, and regional growth plans.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey by analyzing application requirements, recommending optimized heat exchanger solutions, supporting technical discussions, and resolving complex application challenges.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by gathering market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, translating customer needs into product requirements, and contributing to product roadmaps and new product development initiatives.
• Build and share application expertise by developing training programs, delivering workshops and customer presentations, and supporting knowledge transfer across Sales, Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Product Management teams.
• Lead product qualification, application validation, and change management activities while supporting quality investigations, customer approvals, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering tools and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline, with experience in HVAC/R, heat exchangers, thermal management, or Data Center cooling applications.
• Good technical understanding of Data Center cooling systems, liquid cooling technologies, HVAC and refrigeration systems, heat transfer principles, hydronic systems, and energy efficiency optimization.
• Proven ability to support complex international technical sales opportunities and build trusted relationships with OEMs, consultants, system integrators, EPCs, and end customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
• A customer-focused, commercially minded, and self-driven professional who thrives in a global matrix organization and is comfortable traveling internationally to support customers and business growth.
