Keylime Consultants is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst for an international organisation based in Paris. The role combines day-to-day Workday support with project work across HR modules, and you will work closely with HR, Payroll and IT teams.

You will be responsible for Workday configuration, system enhancements and supporting new functionality, plus testing and data quality initiatives. This hybrid Paris-based position offers a base salary around €70,000 and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Workday projects, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong configuration experience within Workday Core HCM.
• Experience supporting modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Payroll or Absence.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day support of the Workday platform and project work across HR modules.
• Configure, enhance and support new functionality; testing and data quality initiatives.
• Act as Workday contact for stakeholders across international units.
