Keylime Consultants is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst for an international organisation based in Paris. The role combines day-to-day Workday support with project work across HR modules, and you will work closely with HR, Payroll and IT teams.

You will be responsible for Workday configuration, system enhancements and supporting new functionality, plus testing and data quality initiatives. This hybrid Paris-based position offers a base salary around €70,000 and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Workday projects, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong configuration experience within Workday Core HCM.
• Experience supporting modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Payroll or Absence.

Senior Workday HCM Analyst – Requirements

Keylime Consultants are working with an international organisation that is looking to strengthen its global HRIS team with the appointment of a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst.

This role combines day-to-day support of the Workday platform with project work across several HR modules. Working closely with HR, Payroll and IT teams, you'll be responsible for Workday configuration, system enhancements and supporting new functionality as the organisation continues to develop its HR systems landscape.

You’ll also be involved in testing, system improvements, data quality initiatives and upcoming HR technology projects, while acting as one of the key Workday contacts for stakeholders across multiple international business units.

This is a hybrid role based in Paris, offering a base salary in the region of €70,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Previous experience working in Workday projects, ideally in an international environment
• Strong configuration experience within Workday Core HCM
• Experience supporting modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Payroll or Absence
• Good knowledge of Workday Reporting, Security and Business Processes
• Previous involvement in Workday implementations or enhancement projects
• Strong communication skills; confident communicating with stakeholders across different countries and functions
