Workday in Paris is looking for a Senior Integrations Consultant to help customers implement and optimize Workday integrations across HCM and Finance. You will deliver technical guidance, configure integrations, and demonstrate value of Workday features, working with cross‑functional teams worldwide.
You will own customer engagements, complete certifications, stay current with Workday roadmap, and travel up to 20%. Fluent English and French or another language are required.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience with HCM and Finance systems including Workday.
- 3+ years of software consulting and IT implementation experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language (French/Spanish/Italian/German) a plus.
Responsabilités
- Deliver small to mid‑scope Workday integration consulting and guidance.
- Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot Workday configurations to meet business requirements.
- Present customer value and create adoption opportunities.
- Carry out customer presentations and accelerator webinars.
- Maintain Workday certifications and stay updated on roadmap.
- Travel up to 20% as needed to meet client goals.
