Workday is seeking a Senior Workday Extend Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Extend-based solutions for EMEA customers. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to shape requirements, build architectures, and iterate on Extend apps and agents using modern AI tools.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with a strong technical depth and leadership across projects. You will mentor colleagues, promote reuse, and guide adoption of Extend, Developer Agent, and related AI

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise software implementation and solution architecture.
Hands-on work on Workday Extend or equivalent enterprise extension platform.
Strong domain knowledge in HR/Payroll/Financials and related back-office processes.
Experience with web services and integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and modern auth standards (OAuth/JWT/SAML).
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead discovery and design workshops with stakeholders to define Extend app requirements.
Architect and deliver Extend solutions combining apps, agents, and integrations.
Mentor teams and promote best practices in AI-assisted development and Extend usage.
