Job summary

Edenred, headquartered in Issy-les-Moulineaux, is seeking a Senior UX Writer Designer to join the Design Team of the Edenred+ factory. You will craft and optimize UX content for B2B and B2C products across web, mobile and apps, ensuring clarity and consistency.

You will work closely with product designers, managers and stakeholders, translate business requirements into compelling copy, and contribute to the Content Design System while participating in design rituals with a global team.

YOUR ROLE

For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its Business Units, we are looking for a Senior UX Writer Designer.

You will integrate the Design Team of the Edenred+ factory, gathering 300 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.

Your main missions & challenges will be:

• Write and optimize UX content to ensure an optimal experience across our digital ecosystem B2B and B2C (web, mobile, apps)

• Work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and program stakeholders

• Quickly understand business and user requirements in complex product ecosystem, adapting seamlessly to different products, audiences and usage contexts

• Leverage user feedback, analytics, and testing to continuously iterate on and improve user journeys

• Maintain and enhance our Content Design System as an integral part of the overall Design System

• Take an active part in design rituals (Design Critique, Design Review, Design Day, etc.)

• Ensure liaison with local teams responsible for translation

YOUR PROFILE

You could be our next teammate if you verify the following requirements:

• Excellent command of English (native or bilingual level required)

• 5+ years of professional UX writing, content design or digital copywriting, ideally in agile environments and for digital products

• BtoB experienced: Capable of navigate through products with complex workflows, multiple scenarios & corner cases

• Effective communication paired with strong collaboration capacities

• Proactive and problem-solver mindset

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, matching well our 4 values (see above)
