Job summary

TEAM INSIDE is seeking a freelance UX Writer to support the development of customer-focused digital content for an international airline group. You will refine briefs, write English microcopy for a customer service virtual assistant, and improve content across social media, chat, email and claims journeys.

You are fluent in English and French with at least 2 years in UX writing or content design, and you will collaborate with Product, UX and design teams to ensure consistent brand tone while

Your future responsibilities

• Refine briefs received from Product Teams.

• You will join an international UX Writing and Product environment.
• You will work closely with Product Teams, UX Writers, Designers and Customer Service stakeholders.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Writing, UX Copywriting or Conversational Design.
• You are fully English speaker with excellent English writing skills.
• You are fluent in French.
• You have experience creating content for digital products, customer journeys or service platforms.
• You are familiar with microcopy, conversational content, chatbots or virtual assistants.
• You know how to adapt content to different audiences, brands and tones of voice.
• You are comfortable working with Product, UX, Design and business stakeholders.
• You have strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• You are able to coordinate a significant workload in a fast-changing environment.
• You are proactive, curious and willing to investigate user needs, business objectives and operational constraints.
• You are precise, detail-oriented and committed to content quality.
• You enjoy working collaboratively in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Customer Service, self-service, travel, transport or e-commerce.
• Experience with user testing or content testing.
• Knowledge of Figma and Jira.
