Vocca in Paris seeks a senior backend engineer to own the future of our AI-driven healthcare integrations. You will architect the unified booking layer in TypeScript, ship robust integrations across clinic software, and help scale to millions of calls per month.

This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with 4+ years of production backend experience, deep TS/Node skills, and comfort with Go/Python/Java when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building backend systems in production.
• Experience in startups or fast-growing environments.
• Strong in TypeScript and Node; able to transition from Go/Python/Java to TS.

Responsabilités

• Own the unified booking layer architecture in TypeScript.
• Ensure reliability for >1 million calls per month.
• Handle hard integrations with providers.
• Define how the engineering team works: reviews, documentation, and technical decisions.
