Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack experience.
- Strong in Node.js & TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind).
- Comfortable with infrastructure and deployment (AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
- Played with LLMs and AI agents — whether on side projects or professionally.
- Autonomous and pragmatic; done beats perfect.
Responsabilités
- Own the full technical stack - from core backend services to user-facing interfaces.
- Build production-grade systems, robust, secure, and HDS-compliant.
- Ship and iterate on LLM-powered agents.
- Make the right architecture decisions with the CTO.
- Lay the engineering foundations: CI/CD and observability.
