Vocca, based in Paris, builds AI voice agents for healthcare, enabling instant calls, appointment scheduling, and staff relief. The team seeks engineers to own features end-to-end across backend, dashboard, and deployment tooling, with a focus on scaling to over 1,000 medical staff and evolving the platform with the ops team.

You will learn from senior engineers, challenge specs when needed, and contribute to a fast-growing product in healthcare automation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience shipping production software.
• A strong academic background (top engineering school) is a plus.
• Comfortable in TypeScript and Node.
• The exact framework matters less than your fundamentals.
• You know how to scope and cut. Saying no is worth a lot here, because the AI always says yes.
• You want your work to be used, not just reviewed, and you like seeing the company grow.

Responsabilités

• Build features end to end on the platform: backend, dashboard, and the internal tooling that deploys clinics. You own a feature from the spec with the ops team to production.
• Work on the scenario engine and the self-serve onboarding, the two biggest projects of the team this year.
• Ship to more than 1,000 medical staff who use the product all day. A small change has an instant impact, which is rare for a team our size.
• Learn from senior engineers who have built products before, and push them back when you think they are wrong.
• Own one feature end to end, from the spec with the ops team to production.
• Take part in technical interviews and help the next engineers get onboarded.
