Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic and complex clients, acting as a trusted advisor both locally and globally. You will drive retention, growth, and profitability while coordinating with Operations, Technology and Support teams.

The role requires 5+ years in account management within business travel, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and fluency in French and English. Hybrid/onsite Paris-based role with global client exposure and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Tourism or related field.
• Fluent French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage, develop and retain a portfolio of strategic clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients at local and global level.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
