Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking a Transition Manager to own end-to-end service transition across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Support and SAP. You will lead readiness, planning, and cutover activities to ensure business continuity and steady-state operations.

You will coordinate onsite and offshore delivery, manage governance, RAID, and stakeholder communications, ensure compliance with contracts and security, and drive knowledge transfer and documentation to enable smooth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience with at least 6 years in transitions or complex run engagements.
• The candidate should be AI proficient.
• Experience leading multi-tower transitions (Infrastructure/Cloud/App Support and/or SAP) with onsite/offshore delivery.
• Strong program & governance skills including budgets, resources and governance.
• Experience in French and international environments; ability to engage senior customer stakeholders.
• ITIL-based service transition, service acceptance, operational readiness assessments, knowledge management, SLA/OLA design, early life support/hypercare.
• Certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile SAFe) and cloud/SAP certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Initiation & Due Diligence: define scope, assumptions, constraints, stakeholders and success criteria.
• Transition Planning: create integrated plan, milestones, deliverables, budget and governance.
• Knowledge Acquisition & Documentation: update runbooks, SOPs, CMDB and escalation paths.
• Process & Tooling Readiness: ensure ITIL processes and tool configuration are ready.
• Service Transition & Cutover: plan go-live and handover, manage hypercare.
• Service Acceptance & Stabilization: obtain sign-offs and stabilize BAU.
