Infosys is seeking a Senior Cutover Manager in Paris to lead the transition from legacy to new systems. You will orchestrate technical, functional, and business teams, manage runbooks, and ensure minimal business disruption during go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cutover Manager/Lead on large enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, data migration, testing, and IT infra.
• Excellent communication for exec stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define cutover strategy, downtime windows, data migration alignment and readiness criteria.
• Build and own the master Cutover Runbook with tasks, owners and timelines.
• Plan and direct mock cutovers to test runbooks and refine task durations.
• Develop fallback and rollback plans to mitigate risks during cutover window.
• Lead the Command Center during go-live, coordinating IT, data, QA and business teams.
• Serve as escalation point for defects or delays, driving rapid resolution.
• Oversee hypercare and handover to production support.
