Parloa is searching for a Sr Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of their conversational AI platform for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with engineers and architects while ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in technical project management within the SaaS domain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or program management in SaaS.
• Experience with Contact Center / CCaaS, or conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI customer projects.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects.
• Plan and facilitate Agile sprints and reviews.
