Parloa is seeking a SrTechnical Program Manager in France to lead complex deployments of their Agentic AI platform. The role encompasses the delivery lifecycle, managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications effectively.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in project management, especially in SaaS environments, and must possess strong communication skills in English and French. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a successful transition for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management.
• Hands-on experience with Contact Center / CCaaS, UCaaS, or related CX platforms.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned AI customer projects.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects.
