Parloa seeks a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end system architectures connecting Parloa’s platform to complex enterprise environments, solving multi-system integration challenges, and delivering reliable AI solutions for global clients.

You will shape the conversational experience layer with prompt engineering, translating requirements into agent behavior. Strong architecture depth and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution architecture or enterprise integration
• Strong systems thinking and ability to solve multi-system problems
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms)
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools (Postman), and API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT)
• Experience reading API docs across enterprise SaaS platforms including data transformation and field mapping
• Analytical, risk-aware, and strong project/stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results orientation
• Ability to translate requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows; some prompt engineering or A/B testing experience is a plus
• Fluency in French and English are required

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments and integrations with enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact centers)
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, ensuring reliable data flows
• Collaborate with engineers on complex integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities
• Apply testing approaches to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external audiences
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLMs to execute reliably
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to align with brand standards
• Provide strategic architectural advice and execution support to customers and partners
• Use knowledge of LLM internals to design prompts and ensure user-aligned agent behavior
