Parloa seeks a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments, linking Parloa to customers' enterprise systems. You will map data flows, build integrations via APIs, and collaborate on complex scenarios with Forward Deployed Engineers.

You will translate customer requirements into robust LLM prompts and conversational components, fine-tuning flows and SSML to align with brand standards. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise solution architecture or integration.
• Strong systems thinking across multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms).
• Proficient with REST APIs, JSON/XML, API authentication (OAuth/JWT).
• Able to read enterprise API docs and perform data mapping.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments linking Parloa to enterprise ecosystems.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex/custom integrations.
• Apply testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI performance.
• Translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and structured conversational components.
