Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's platform to enterprise environments and solve multi-system integration challenges for global clients. You will translate requirements into robust AI agent behavior and shape the conversational experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise, customer-facing solution architecture or integration.
• Strong systems thinking across multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, ticketing systems).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML, API testing (Postman), and OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Ability to read API docs and perform data transformations and field mappings.
• Analytical thinker with risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, proactive communication.
• French and English fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments, mapping how Parloa's platform integrates into customers' enterprise systems.
• Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs, applying systems thinking to solve complex data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integrations beyond standard capabilities.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.
• Identify blockers with Product, Solution Eng, Sales and the customer to drive resolution.
• Scope AI Agent deployments, providing strategic architecture advice and execution support.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can execute.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and SSML/Regex to align with brand standards.
