Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or similar
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of test pyramid methodologies and CI/CD
• Ability to own quality initiatives and drive improvements

• Analyze incidents and translate learnings into test and pipeline improvements
• Define and track quality metrics to prioritise reliability and delivery
