Infosys is seeking a detail-oriented Test Lead to drive QA across the SDLC in Paris. You will design testing strategies, mentor a team of QA engineers, and ensure releases meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

The role bridges development, product management and QA, translating business requirements into actionable test plans. You will supervise functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, and guide automation to reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• Rich experience in Software Quality Assurance with QA Lead/QA Management roles.
• Strong testing fundamentals across functional, non-functional, regression, integration and UAT.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Guide automation to reduce manual testing efforts.
• Manage defect lifecycle with Jira/ALM and related tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and analysts to resolve ambiguities.
• Provide daily/weekly QA status reports and release-readiness metrics.
